Content moderation: We apply automatic filtering and operator monitoring to uploaded content.
Blocking repeat offenders: We implement measures to prevent users with a history of sanctions from re-registering.
Prohibited Conduct
The specific standards for prohibited conduct—including illegal or harmful content, items prohibited from trading, obscene or sexually explicit information, violent or hateful information, infringement of personal information or privacy, and infringement of the rights of others—follow the Operation Policy and its respective sub-policies.Report Handling Procedure
Receipt: All reports are registered in the review queue immediately upon receipt, and urgent reports such as those concerning child safety are prioritized.
Review: Received reports are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours on business days.
Action: If a violation is confirmed, temporary measures such as deletion or restriction of exposure of the relevant content are taken, and sanctions are imposed on the author in accordance with the Service Restriction Policy.
Notification: The result of the action is notified to the affected user by electronic means. However, in cases of clear violations, part of the procedure may be omitted.
Appeals: If you disagree with an action taken, you may file an appeal through customer support or via support@zilm.io, and we will inform you of the result of the re-review.
