Information containing excessive nudity or sexual acts may not be posted or used on ZILM. Content that, by prevailing social standards, stimulates sexual desire or arouses sexual excitement, offends ordinary standards of sexual decency, or otherwise runs contrary to sexual morality is also prohibited. When a report is received, such posts are acted on immediately under a zero-tolerance policy, and use of all ZILM services may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
Obscene Information
ZILM strictly prohibits the following obscene information. This includes not only depictions of real persons but also fictional representations such as comics, illustrations, animation, erotic art, figures, and sex dolls.
Content that directly exposes, or depicts or describes in a see-through manner, specific sexual body parts such as male or female genitalia, the pubic area, pubic hair, the anus, the buttocks, or the breasts (nipples)
Content that depicts or describes sexual acts in which such sexual body parts are exposed
Content that explicitly depicts sexual acts such as rape, gang rape, sexual harassment, or sexual assault between persons of the opposite or the same sex
Content that directly or indirectly, and in specific terms, depicts or describes children or adolescents as objects of sexual amusement
Content that specifically depicts acts of sexual crime committed against children or adolescents
Sexually Suggestive Information
Even where content does not constitute obscene information, ZILM deems content that depicts excessive nudity or sexual acts to be sexually suggestive information and prohibits its posting and use. Sexually suggestive information includes the following.
Depictions or descriptions of full or partial nudity in which the genitalia, pubic area, pubic hair, anus, buttocks, or breasts (nipples) are not directly exposed
Content that blatantly emphasizes the breast area or depicts or describes upper-body nudity, even where the nipples are not visible
Content that depicts or describes sexual intercourse between persons of the opposite or the same sex without exposure of genitalia
Content that specifically describes sexual intercourse using provocative and repulsive sexual expressions such as slang or vulgar language
Content that depicts or describes moaning sounds, facial expressions, or similar in an extremely provocative manner
Content that specifically depicts or describes deviant sexual acts such as bestiality, necrophilia, group sex, incest, sadistic or masochistic acts, and voyeurism
Content that depicts or describes kissing involving tongue contact, beyond an ordinary light kiss
Content that depicts or describes byproducts associated with sexual acts (semen, sexual fluids, etc.)
Content that specifically depicts or describes a particular sexual fetish
Depictions of the exposed bodies of children or adolescents that could be exploited for sexual crimes, even in the absence of direct sexual acts
Any other information likely to seriously offend the sexual shame of ordinary members of society
Exception for Adult Products
ZILM is a service for sharing consumption experiences, and adult products may also be shared. However, for adult products, the [Adult Products category] must be selected, and that category can be viewed only by users aged 19 or older who have completed identity verification and adult verification. In addition, if a post goes beyond simply sharing a consumption experience or review and contains excessive content constituting the obscene or sexually suggestive information described above, sanctions may be imposed on the use of the service.
