ZILM is committed to technical protection measures and operations that ensure a safe service environment, including the protection of users' personal information and private lives. Accordingly, using ZILM beyond the scope of legitimately granted access rights is not permitted. Furthermore, if acts that violate personal information or privacy are identified — such as deceiving users in order to obtain or steal other users' personal information (phone numbers, account numbers, verification codes, etc.) — use of all ZILM services may be immediately and permanently restricted to protect users.
Violations of Personal Information Protection
"Personal information" means information that can identify a living individual, such as their name, date of birth, address, and mobile phone number, as well as information that, even if it cannot identify a specific individual on its own, can easily be combined with ZILM usage information to identify an individual. ZILM strictly prohibits all acts that violate personal information protection, including infringing upon, stealing, or trading users' personal information.
Asking another user to lend their ZILM account
Proposing to another user the sale, transfer, or exchange of a ZILM account
Sending event pages or similar materials that ask other users to enter their personal information
Impersonating a ZILM administrator or the customer center to request account information
Stealing other users' information using abnormal programs or similar means without ZILM's consent, or providing stolen information to third parties
Any other act of requesting another user's account information, or attempting or brokering the purchase, acquisition, or exchange of an account
Privacy-Infringing Acts
"Private life" means a user's daily life as well as information about a user learned while using ZILM. ZILM strictly prohibits posting or distributing content that may infringe on the private life of another user without their consent.
Posting another user's personal information or details of their private life in a public space
Posting another user's photos, videos, personal details, or similar without their consent
Posting information related to another user's private life, such as their occupation, family, or residence, without their consent
Threatening to disclose another user's personal information or private-life information
Any other act of privacy infringement carried out without another user's consent
