Overview
ZILM is a service for sharing and celebrating your purchases, and the ZILM Operation Policy sets out the basic principles users must follow regarding issues that may arise within the ZILM service.
Scope of Application
The ZILM Operation Policy applies to all ZILM services, and any matters not otherwise specified in each service area or in the ZILM Operation Policy are governed by the ZILM Terms of Service.
Illegal/Harmful Content and Prohibited Trade Items
ZILM strives to prevent users from being exposed to content and items that are prohibited from person-to-person trade under applicable law, as well as those that, even if not unlawful, may cause harm by disturbing public order or threatening the safety of others.
Content That Causes Discomfort to Users
ZILM is a service that values freedom of expression in sharing and celebrating purchases. However, as an open service freely used by people of diverse views and a wide range of ages, mutual understanding and respect, as well as efforts to protect minors, are required.
Protection of Rights and Privacy
ZILM implements technical measures and operational practices to prevent the exposure of information that infringes on the rights of others or on users' personal information and privacy.
Prohibited Conduct
For the safety of users and the service, ZILM strictly prohibits the conduct listed below. Violations are subject to sanctions under the Service Restriction Policy, and where necessary, ZILM may take legal measures, including reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Reporting and Response
ZILM provides a feature that allows users to report any content or user within the service, and reports received are promptly reviewed and acted upon in accordance with established procedures.
Restrictions on Service Use
If a user violates the ZILM Terms of Service or the Operation Policy, or engages in conduct deemed similarly inappropriate, the user may be temporarily or permanently restricted from using the service.
