The ZILM service (hereinafter “ZILM”), the consumption-sharing platform of TheSoby Co., Ltd. ((주)더소비, hereinafter “TheSoby”), obtains recipients' prior consent before sending advertising information in accordance with applicable Korean laws, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호에 관한 법률) and the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법), and periodically confirms whether recipients of advertising information still consent to receiving it. However, if you do not consent, benefits related to the purposes of use — such as introductions and recommendations of products/services, reward events, and promotional events — may be limited.

• Sending advertising information via app push notifications and text messages (AlimTalk)

• Use for marketing, including news, benefits, events, and advertisements of ZILM and its partners

• Informational notices related to your use of the ZILM service are provided regardless of your consent to receive marketing information

• From the date of consent to marketing use until withdrawal from ZILM or withdrawal of consent
