Rights-Infringing Acts
The following information constitutes an infringement of the rights of others and may not be posted or distributed.
Content that infringes intellectual property rights such as patent rights, trademark rights, design rights, or copyright by using, practicing, or brokering another person's trademark, copyrighted work, or similar without lawful authority
Illegally reproduced media such as software or programs, records or music files, videos, games, and books
Software, programs, or similar tools that circumvent technological protection measures
Counterfeit goods
Goods that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, such as trademark rights or copyright
Content that may violate the secrecy and freedom of private life, such as the dissemination of personal information
Content that infringes personality rights by posting another person's photos, videos, or similar without lawful authority
Content that insults another person with intent to disparage them, or that defames them by disclosing facts or false information
Any other content that infringes the rights of others without lawful authority
