Child Safety Standards
Child Safety Standards

👋 ZILM ("the Service") is a social community platform where users share their purchases and interests through photos and posts.
Thesoby Inc. ("the Company") is committed to ensuring that all users — especially minors — can use the Service safely. We have adopted and strictly enforce the following Child Safety Standards.
These standards comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory NCMEC reporting in the United States), the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses (Republic of Korea), the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Any account discovered to belong to a user under 14 is suspended immediately and may not re-register without verifiable parental consent.

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): any photograph, video, illustration, text, or AI-generated content that sexually depicts or implies a minor.

  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexual conversation directed at minors.

  • Content that sexualizes or objectifies the body of any minor.

  • Trafficking, sexual exploitation, or solicitation involving minors.

  • Unauthorized disclosure of a minor's personal information (real name, school, address, contact details).

  • Any content that endangers or causes harm to minors.

Minimum Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Any account discovered to belong to a user under 14 is suspended immediately and may not re-register without verifiable parental consent.

How to Report

Anyone may report child safety concerns through the following channels.

  • In-App Reporting
Every post, comment, profile, and chat message includes a report button. Selecting the "Child Safety" or "Minor-related" category routes the report for priority review.

  • Email Reporting
    Send the following to support@zilm.io
1.URL or screenshot of the reported content
    2.Reason for the report
3.Reporter's contact information (optional, only for follow-up)

Reporter identities are kept confidential and protected from retaliation.

Response Procedure

  1. Intake : every report is logged in the Safety team's review queue immediately upon receipt.

  2. Priority review : child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

  3. Immediate action: upon confirmation, the content is removed, the account is suspended, and relevant data is preserved.

  4. Law enforcement reporting : matters involving U.S. users are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org)

  5. Data preservation : relevant data is preserved for the duration required by applicable law for law enforcement cooperation.

Preventive Measures

Content moderation : automated filtering at upload time, combined with human review..

  • Hash matching : comparison against known CSAM hash databases to block uploads proactively.

  • User education : safety notices shown on sign-up, posting, and reporting screens.

  • Permanent ban of repeat offenders : banned at device, email, and phone number levels to prevent re-registration.
