Account Deletion

Here's how to request deletion of your ZILM account and associated data. The app is operated by THESOBY Inc.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the ZILM app.
  2. Go to My Page → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap ‘Withdraw’ and follow the prompts to complete account deletion.

Request without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email us the account you signed up with to request deletion.

What is deleted and retention policy

  • When you withdraw, your account information is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered or restored.
  • After withdrawal, the posts, comments, and uploaded content you created are not deleted automatically and will remain. If you do not want this, please delete them yourself before withdrawing.
  • Certain records that must be retained under applicable laws (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) are kept for the period required by those laws and then destroyed.
